Description
As an All-round Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for goods, stock and the organisation of the warehouse. Your tasks will include:
- Picking orders and moving goods around the warehouse using a forklift and reach truck
- Loading and unloading containers and trucks using a forklift
- Preparing goods for shipment and handling dispatch
- Keeping the warehouse and premises clean and organised
- Carrying out general maintenance tasks related to goods, the warehouse and the building
- Identifying problems and taking action when needed
You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, with working hours between 08:00 and 16:45.
About the client
As an All-round Warehouse Worker, you’ll join an established manufacturer and supplier of shop fittings and industrial products based in Apeldoorn. You’ll play a key role in managing goods and stock, from picking orders and loading and unloading containers and trucks using a forklift to preparing shipments for dispatch. It’s a varied, hands-on role in a team where efficiency, organization, and initiative are essential.
Requirements
- A valid forklift and reach truck certificate
- A driving license B is an advantage
- Experience in wholesale or shop fitting
- Good command of English
- Practical skills and the ability to perform physical work
- A proactive, responsible, and flexible attitude
- Living in Apeldoorn or the immediate surrounding area
