Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend categories
- Analyse supplier markets and translate business needs into procurement solutions
- Lead sourcing and tender projects from strategy through implementation
- Build category plans aligned with business objectives
- Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, Operations and others to deliver effective solutions
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with suppliers
- Manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvements
- Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, standardisation and efficiency gains
- Monitor spend, savings and procurement performance
- Support international procurement initiatives and local implementation
- Contribute to sustainability, compliance and risk management objectives
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Several years of experience in Procurement, Category Management, Strategic Sourcing or Supplier Management
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience working with a broad stakeholder network
- Analytical mindset with commercial awareness
- Ability to operate in Dutch and English
- Experience in indirect procurement or international organisations is an advantage
