Responsibilities
- Connect with Dutch-speaking clients through various channels to understand their digital service needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting our range of digital solutions.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales quotas and enhance overall customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about digital trends and service offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential.
- A strong interest in soft sales and excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills with a personable and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Interest in digital services and technology is a plus.
- Must hold an EU passport.
