Are you a hands-on Dutch-speaking Java DevOps Engineer ready to take ownership of a critical enterprise application? We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of application management and DevOps innovation, with proven experience in containerized environments.
In this role, you’ll spend most of your time managing and maintaining a Java-based application, handling everything from lifecycle and incident management to performance tuning. Alongside management, you’ll dedicate part of your time to enhancing the application, converting existing components into microservices fully compatible with OpenShift.
To excel in this role, you’ll need a strong foundation in Java and DevOps, including:
- Java 11+
- REST API development
- OAuth2 (2 years) and Spring Framework
- Kubernetes (3 years) and OpenShift / container platforms
- EX188 / DO288 certification
- WebLogic and Linux administration
- SQL databases
- CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, XL Deploy
- Git version control
- Monitoring & logging with Kibana and Grafana
- Experience with Podman, ArgoCD, and F5 BIG-IP load balancers
