LogiCS within RLS
At Lalesse we develop our own LogiCS software to seamlessly integrate our logistics solutions with customers' infrastructure.

You will become part of an international team and you will be energized to translate customer needs to our technical team. You are driven to further expand and standardize our LogiCS product. You work passionately with customers and stakeholders to optimally design and further develop LogiCS.

Main tasks and responsibilities
As a Technical Application Engineer, you act as the vital link between applications, infrastructure, and end users. You ensure that business-critical applications run in a stable, secure, and high-performing environment that can be on-premise and in the cloud, based on a Windows or Linux platform.

You work closely with IT colleagues, vendors, and the business, and you play an active role in optimization, automation, and ensuring continuity. You thrive in a technical environment, take a solution-oriented approach, and enjoy improving systems and processes.

What we expected from you:

  • Manage, monitor, and optimize applications within a Windows and Linux platform;
  • Install, configure, and maintain applications and middleware;
  • Analyze and resolve incidents and performance issues (2nd and 3rd line support);
  • Perform updates, patches, and releases;
  • Support changes, migrations, and new implementations;
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders;
  • Document systems, procedures, and working methods;
  • Proactively contribute to automation, security, and further professionalization of the application landscape.
  • Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s level of thinking and working (e.g. IT, Computer Science, or similar);
  • Proven experience as a Technical Application Administrator or in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of the Windows and Linux platform.
  • Experience with:
    * Shell scripting;
    * Monitoring and logging tools;
    * Application and server administration;
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus;
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), containers (Docker), or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage;
  • Strong analytical skills, able to work independently, and communicatively strong.
